She studied classical ballet RAD system at the renowned schools of Maya Sofou, from where she obtained a degree from the Royal Academy of Dancing, classical Indian dance BharataNatyam with Leda Shantala and Classival Greek dance according to the Rubby Ginner system alongside Adriana Papanikolaou, with title of distinction, from the internationally recognized ISTD in London. She has studied Marketing (BA Honors, La Verne University, California). Professionally, he has been involved in screenwriting, the structure and development of the advertising concept as Creative Director in top advertising companies, and the design and manufacture of artistic jewelry. She has been particularly interested in ancient Greek culture, attending lectures by Altani, collaborating with the researcher Asteria Kolovou as well as many other researchers to deepen the exploration on the roots of kinesiology from antiquity. Her successful collaboration with Parmenides Bousiou resulted in the revival of the ancient greek custom of Phallephoria, after 2,500 years, in the historic center of Athens. The event  is presented every year in the context of the festive three days of Lent under the shadow of the Acropolis.

Arsinoe Lilly Karadima is a founding member, choreographer and artistic director of ATRAPOS group and a member of the World Dance Council CID-UNESCO . Recent work as a choreographer, coordinator and performer in the group:

4 SACRED MANIAS of Plato ,  a choreographed philosophical play that embosses the concepts of the Holy Mania of Plato, harmoniously combining dance, song, narration, prose and musical dialogue with excerpts from Plato's "Phaedrus". An idea by the philologist Eleni Koulizaki, in collaboration with the music group SAOS and many other remarkable artists. It was presented for the first time at the Festival of the Municipality of Athens, in June 2021.
CRETANS of Euripides , presented for 3 sold out performances 27, 28 & 29 April 2017 at the AVATON theater in Gazi, and for 4 performances in November & December 2018 at CHITIRIO theater, with great success

Today, in addition to coordinating the rehearsals for the various events of the ATRAPOS group, she also teaches ancient greek dance lessons and organises periodical seminars. Since 2018 he has been the President of the Association for the Research & Study of Greek Culture.
